AI Email Builder is a web-based tool that allows users to create, edit, and export HTML email templates using drag-and-drop editing and AI-powered generation.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Credits

AI features consume credits from your account balance. Free plan users receive a one-time grant of credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate spam, phishing emails, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the email templates you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
