We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We also collect usage data such as projects you create, AI credits consumed, and interaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process AI credit transactions and maintain your account balance
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Storage

Your project data (email templates and schemas) is stored in our secure database. Thumbnail previews are stored as base64-encoded images within the project record. We use Neon serverless PostgreSQL for data persistence.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication
  • Google Gemini API — for AI email generation (Free plan)
  • Anthropic Claude API — for AI email generation (Pro/Enterprise plans)
  • Google Analytics 4 — for anonymous usage analytics (only with your consent)
  • Vercel — for frontend hosting

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all associated data.

6. Cookies

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — a single session cookie set by NextAuth.js to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that help us understand how visitors use the site. These cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. You may decline at any time; the site remains fully functional without them. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — if you decline, Google Analytics operates in a cookieless mode and no identifying data is collected.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
